Important Notice: 

・Free shipping on all domestic orders.

・We are dispatching products to most parts of India. However, delivery times may be longer than usual due to restricted movement and regulations. We need your wholehearted support.

【Shipping Policy】

1) Once Order is Placed, your order is processed.

2) It takes 48 Hours to confirm payment with the bank.

3) Once payment is confirmed with the bank, your order is packed and shipped.

4) All orders will generally be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days and are expected to be delivered within 6-7 business days after they’re shipped. 

5) Once an order is shipped, you will receive an auto email with tracking details on your registered email with the website.

6) Complaints for Replacement of Br/eakage or Damage Products will be Acceptable Only within 48 hours after delivery.


【Delivery Policy】

Delivery Times

1)Delivery time is 9am-6pm daily for orders going to a residence. 

2)Our hours of operation remain the same on holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and Easter.

Delayed Delivery

On rare events that are caused by factors outside out direct control, including but not limited to weather, traffic condition, road closure, lack of access to delivery address, recipient unavailability, or incorrect address provided on at the time of ordering, the delivery may be delayed. We may attempt to contact the recipient to locate the address, schedule new delivery time and/or date. In the event of delay, we will also make every effort to contact and notify you.
